Mohajerani: No Claim Can Justify the Killing of Children
Iranian Government Spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani has called for accountability over the deaths of Minab’s children, saying those who imposed war on Iran must answer for their unfinished childhoods and empty classroom seats.
Iranian Government Spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani has paid tribute to the children of Minab on Children’s Day, saying they had the right to grow up and dream, and stressing that no claim can justify the killing of children.
According to the government’s official website, Mohajerani wrote in a post on the social media platform X:
“On Children’s Day, the children of Minab are deeply missed, children who had the right to grow up and dream.
“Those who imposed war on Iran must answer for unfinished childhoods and empty classroom seats.
“Peace is a right of children. No claim can justify the killing of children.”
