Iran's Foreign Ministry said the full implementation of the Lebanon-related provisions of the June 18 memorandum of understanding is an essential prerequisite for a final and lasting regional agreement, urging the United States to fulfill its commitments by halting Israeli military operations and ensuring the withdrawal of occupation forces from Lebanese territory.
