Iranian Government Spokesman Ali Bahadori Jahromi in a message said that the tourism industry in Iran has experienced 40% growth in 2021.
The latest report of the international institutions shows that the tourism industry in Iran, which has experienced a 45% fall in 2020, has reached 202,000 billion Tomans in 2021 with a 40% rise, Bahadori Jahromi wrote on his Twitter account.
He added that employment in the tourism industry has also increased by 5.1%, and foreign tourists have spent $ 2.5 billion in Iran.
