The director general of customs office of Ilam province said that $765 million worth of goods was exported from Mehran Border Crossing to Iraq in the first half of the current Iranian calendar year (started March 21, 2024).
The Director General of Customs of Ilam Province announced that the Mehran border crossing has resumed its commercial activities and export of goods after 2 weeks.
Iran's exports to Iraq via the Mehran international cross-border customs office in the western province of Ilam exceeded 2,270 million tons in the last calendar year (March 21, 2021 to March 20, 2022), said the director-general of the Ilam Customs Administration.
