Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said more than 1.5 million residents of the Odessa region were left without electricity and Ukraine's energy system was "very far from normal".
The managing director of Tavanir Company has said that the synchronization of the electricity grid requires the strengthening of the infrastructure between Iran, Georgia, and Azerbaijan.
“Turkey has announced that it is ready to buy Iran’s electricity and then export it to Bulgaria and Romania,” the head of the Energy Commission of the Iranian joint Chamber of Commerce said.
