Zarif derides US' empty offers for talks with Iran

Iranian Foreign Minister in a message reminded president Trump of his National Security Advisor John R. Bolton's anti-Iran plans and ridiculed US for empty negotiations' offer.

'@realDonaldTrump : ICYMI, before you hired him, this was the plan that @AmbJohnBolton and his #B_Team cohorts had for Iran,' Mohammad Javad Zarif wrote in his Twitter account on Sunday.

He added: 'A detailed blueprint for #FakeIntelligence, #ForeverWar and even empty offers for talks—only phone numbers were not included.'

Earlier, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Abbas Araqchi said, adding that Iran is after implementing the JCPOA, he said Tehran will start no new negotiations until the JCPOA turns out to be a successful experience for Iranians.

Meanwhile earlier, Zarif himself said the US is not a credible negotiating partner.

He noted that the only way for Iran is to take practical steps to thwart the sanctions.
