Iranian Foreign Minister said talks between Tehran and Washington aimed at ending the conflict remain underway, stressing that speculation surrounding the process should be disregarded until the negotiations produce a concrete outcome.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said discussions and message exchanges between Iran and the United States are continuing as part of efforts aimed at ending the conflict, while cautioning against drawing conclusions from unconfirmed reports.

Speaking about the latest status of the contacts between Tehran and Washington, Araghchi said that negotiations and exchanges of messages remain underway.

“At the same time, as long as these discussions do not reach a specific outcome, it is not possible to make a judgment about them,” he said.

The foreign minister also emphasized that reports and claims circulating about the talks thus far amount to speculation.

“We should not attach importance to speculation until matters reach certainty,” Araghchi said, reiterating that assessments of the process should be based on confirmed developments rather than unofficial reports.

His remarks come amid continued attention to diplomatic contacts between Iran and the United States and growing speculation regarding the prospects for a broader understanding between the two sides.
