Iran export

  • Head of Iran-Kazakhstan Joint Chamber of Commerce says the trade between the two states in the first half of the current year has been around $112m and the figure shows 34% growth comparing to the same period last year.

  • Director General of Business Development Services at Trade Promotion Organization says Iran is ready to resume exports to Saudi Arabia if the tension between two countries is reduced and their political ties are restored.

  • Deputy Head of Iran-Iraq Joint Chamber of Commerce says statistics show that Iran’s exports to Iraq in the last month of Iranian calendar year, Khordad, soared from $950m to $2.350b and it was almost doubled and this rise is not normal and it seems major part of exports belongs to gas revenues whose bill and payment in several months has been accumulated in the last month statitics.

  • A Member of Parliament (Majles) Commission on Economy says Iran in its international economic relations should not be negligent of potentials of neighboring states, claiming that Iran’s exports to EU states last year were less than $500m while at the same time exports to Afghanistan by itself were around $3b.

  • Over 30 billion dollars worth of goods, including gasoline and methanol as major export items, were exported from Iran over the first six months of the current Iranian year (March 20, 2020-September 21, 2020).

  • The value of Iran’s export to its neighbor Turkey stood at $2.8 billion during the first seven months of 2019, a report released by Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (TCCIMA).

  • The Persian Gulf state boosted exports to major oil consumers in Asia during the first half of this year, after international sanctions that restricted its supplies were eased in January.
