Iran, Russia to talk about opening new consulates

Iran Embassy in Russia announced that officials of the two countries are to discuss opening of new consulates during the upcoming Sixth Joint Consular Meeting.
According to the Media Section of Iran’s Embassy in Moscow, the Sixth Joint Iran-Russia Consular Meeting to be co-chaired by directors of the consular departments of the two countries’ foreign ministries will be held in Moscow next week.
During the meeting, various consular issues including accelerating issuance of visa, implementation of relevant agreements and cooperation in the field of easy access to consulates were discussed by the two officials.
