Iran's Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh said that the creation of a fund for the development of downstream petrochemical projects is on the agenda, Trend reports citing Iranian Young Journalists' Club website.
The managing director of the Persian Gulf Holding Company said petrochemical projects worth $8.5 billion are currently underway across Iran.
Iran is preparing to sign contracts with French Total and Royal Dutch Shell on petrochemical projects, Marzieh Shahdaei, head of Iran’s National Petrochemical Company, told.
