Iran’s monthly lucrum cessans (an actual loss) because of delaying the implementation of new oil and gas contracts, called Iran Petroleum contract, reached $4 billion, Mehdi Hosseini, head of Iranian Ministry of Petroleum’s Oil Contracts Revision Committee said.
