Head of Iran-UAE Joint Chamber of Commerce Erfan Shakeri says Iran and the UAE are working to prepare a ten-year outlook document for their trade ties which is in the early stage.
Secretary of Iran-South Korea Joint Chamber of Commerce Pouya Firouzi says the trade between Iran and South Korea is at its lowest level and Iran’s exports to South Korea have been around $54m in eight months in the current Iranian calendar year and the figure does not worth mentioning comparing to the previous billion-dollar trade volumes in the past.
The Chairman of Iran-Oman Joint Chamber of Commerce said that the two countries of Iran and Oman enjoy high capabilities and potentials which can enhance bilateral trade volume exchange by $5 billion.
The head of Iran-Turkey joint chamber of commerce Mehrdad Sa'adat Dehqan announced that despite the coronavirus outbreak, Iran's exports to Turkey have increased.
“The coronavirus outbreak has affected Iran’s trade with Turkey as Iran’s exports have declined by 90 percent,” the chairman of Iran-Turkey Joint Chamber of Commerce told ILNA.
“The bilateral trade between Iran and the UAE has not changed significantly,” the chairman of Iran-UAE joint chamber of commerce Farshid Farzanegan told ILNA.
The move by Turkey, Iran and Pakistan to increase bilateral trade with Qatar, following a Saudi-led blockade, has benefited all four countries, according to experts; Aljazeera reported.
President Hassan Rouhani said closer interaction between Tehran, Moscow and Ankara on regional issues can help improve peace and security in the region.
