Deputy for Communications of Iranian Vice President for Legal Affairs has in a letter to the United Nations General Assembly stressed that the immunity of the perpetrators behind the assassination of government officials and diplomats is posing a threat to the international peace and urged the body to issue a statement condemning those responsible for assassination of Iran's great IRGC commander Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani.
