In a telephone conversation with the Secretary-General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Yousef Bin Ahmad Bin Abdul Rahman Al-Othaimeen, Iranian foreign minister referred to the recent terrorist acts of the ISIS in two mosques in Kunduz and Kandahar, calling for the condemnation of these inhumane acts by the OIC members.
