The explosion which occurred in the vicinity of the city of Natanz in central Iran province of Isfahan a few minutes ago has nothing to do with the nuclear facilities there, a local official told IRNA on Saturday night.
The Spokesman for the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) on Sunday announced the incident in the electrical network of Shahid Ahmadi Rowshan enrichment facilities in Natanz, central Iran.

Iran's Ambassador and Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna Kazem Gharibabadi on Friday criticized the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) for revealing contents of the confidential report on Iran's plan to install three new centrifuge cascades in Natanz and reminded that the body is responsible for protecting the countries' confidential safeguards information.
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said in its latest statement that it has access to Iranian nuclear sites to verify Iran Safeguards commitments.
