Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said on Wednesday that the initiative of Hormuz Peace Endeavor (HOPE) put forward by Iranian President to United Nations General Assembly aims to promote dialogue and mutual respect, inviting NAM member states to joint the initiative.
