Some 68,700 tons of commodities worth $79.878 million have been imported into Iran through Bazargan border crossing since the beginning of the current Iranian calendar year (March 21), according to the Bazargan customs director-general.

A senior official at National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) has announced that Iran imports less than three percent of its need to gas from Turkmenistan, stressing Iran is not worried if gas import from that country is cut.
