Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian detailed on Wednesday Iran's multi-level proposal to solve the crisis in Afghanistan, including formation of an all-inclusive government, the Taliban's responsibilities regarding security, and the distribution of humanitarian aids in the country.
