North Korea is China’s tool to confront U.S.: Expert
An expert on international affairs noted that North Korea’s movements are politically notified by China because this country is fighting against the U.S.
Commenting on the current situation in the Korean peninsula and the intensification of North Korea’s military movements, Jalal Sadatian said in an exclusive interview with ILNA that “whenever North Korea is activated, in fact, it is China that wants to move the situation based on its benefits.”
He noted that many experts believe that North Korea’s movements are politically notified by China because this country is fighting against the U.S. and in the current situation the best scenario for Beijing is the activation of North Korea against the allies of the U.S. in the Korean peninsula.
North Korea has turned into China’s tool to confront the U.S., however, the U.S. is engaging in the Ukraine case and Russia, he said, adding that both sides try to use the current situation to their advantage.
China doesn’t want to enter into a direct confrontation against Washington but the U.S. is seeking to hurt the hegemony of China, he added.
He continued that given the current situation, China is using North Korea as a tool to hurt the benefits of the U.S.
