Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi called for international community's intervention to stop Zionist terror and war machine.
Qasemi made the remarks Tuesday referring to assassination of a Palestinian Resistance commander and some other Palestinians by the military forces of the Zionist regime of Israel.
He condemned the Israelis' crimes and described the Zionist regime as the epitome of state terrorism in the region.
The Zionists' aggressions, crimes and assassinations are going on under the support of US administration and with the silence of some regional countries, he added.
In a recent attack, the Zionist regime killed a commander of the Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) on Sunday night.
According to Arab media, the Resistance forces also targeted Israeli forces and killed 12 military men.
Some 221 Palestinians have been martyred and thousands of others injured by the Zionist troops since the beginning of March of Return protests on March 30. These protests are being held every Friday to protest the occupation of Palestine and also the US relocation of embassy from Tel Aviv to the Holy Quds.
