Nader Entessar, a political science professor at University of South Alabama said that Iran's nuclear deal (JCPOA) is dead for United State and Republicans; if a news sanctions imposed against Iran it would be on human rights and defense issues.

The possible withdrawal of the United States from nuclear deal should be review from both legal and political points of view, because this agreement is different from the other agreements and is recognized as an official contract among seven countries, one of which is the United States; he added.

Entessar continued, this deal was signed in Barack Obama administration and ex-president never sent this document to Senate house because he knew that it might face representatives' opposition but current US administration view is completely different.

From political view, violation of this agreement would be very difficult and harmful for Washington; for this reason now it is like a soccer ball that suspended between Congress and the White House; he said.

Professor at University of South Alabama believe that Donald Trump will confirm this landmark nuclear deal but sends this message to member of Congress that you can imposed new sanction against Iran.

"Though European countries have responded to Trump's view but US will undoubtedly boycott their banks; such a decision could destroy the European economy," Entessar added.

This analyst siad that some says European countries are moving away from policies of the US president for preventing tensions in the Middle East and maintaining security but I never accept this comments.

By January 12, the US president must decide whether he will continue to “decertify” to Congress Iran’s compliance with the agreement.

In October, Trump said he would not certify Iran's compliance with the nuclear agreement that was negotiated under the previous administration because it was “in violation of the spirit” of the accord.

In comments on Monday, Spokesman for the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Behrouz Kamalvandi said AEOI Chief Ali Akbar Salehi has had a telephone conversation with Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Yukiya Amano to warn the UN nuclear agency about the consequences of US violation of the JCPOA.
