Iran and Indonesia sign banking agreement

Iran and Indonesia's economic and trade officials have hailed banking ties.

"Valiollah Seif", Iran's central bank governor, meeting "Darmin Nasution", Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs in Tehran has called for proper grounds before kicking off the activities of the two countries' trading banks and stated that banks should be prepared for it.

"Opening joint account would accelerate Iran and Indonesia's trade and economic ties." He added.   

The Iranian top economic official has sought exchange of experiences between the two countries regarding enactment of monetary policies and stabilizing economy.

Pointing to the two countries tourism's capacities, he stated that we can use such capacities for expanding banking ties.

In the meeting, the Indonesian minister also welcomed other side's proposals and hailed banking ties.

"I believe improving trade trust among our traders is an inconceivable fact" the Indonesian official told.
